Our client an established and very busy dealership in Queenstown is seeking to employ a DEALER PRINCIPLE that is selfmotivated friendly and hardworking.
Industry: Automotive
Location: Standerton Mpumalanga
Salary: Basic negotiable with incentives and company car.
Requirements and Skills:
- Matric/Grade 12 essential.
- 10 years sales experience in the Motor industry.
- A minimum of 5 years management experience preference will be given to candidates that have more experience and come from big brands like Toyota Ford etc.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Experience in the valuation of vehicles for possible trade in.
- Customer interaction traceable references.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Autobid system will be advantageous.
- Prior Dealer Principal experience in a multidepartment dealership.
- Strong understanding of automotive operations and franchise standards.
- Exceptional leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Valid South African drivers licence
