Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders within customer companies.
Ensure 100% Staff attendance at all sites through critical management of permanent and temporary staff to meet CustomerSLA
Negotiating and implementing Annual Price Increases as per the SLA and Sectorial Determination
Identify and conclude upsell opportunities within the customer portfolio
Responsible for retention of customer portfolio within set KPIs
Regular customer visits based on a set Call Cycle
Achieving client Retention targets and KPIs for the Region
Working closely with the onboarding and offboarding teams with new and lost business within allocated portfolio
Create a Succession Plan for the Region
Ensure ontime Consumable Stock delivery for every site
Managing the Repairs and Maintenance of equipment within contractual terms at every site
Accountable for all Assets within the Region
Manage bad debt within the portfolio to ensure 90 days is less than 5 % of the total portfolio debtors book
Maintain a high level of staff morale and motivation at all times through reward and recognition and regular communication
Staff to receive relevant training to perform their function at all times. Identify Talent in line with succession planning.
Set budget and take ownership of the approved budget for the Region
Manage wages for the Region to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Manage wage chemical and equipment repair costs to ensure profi tability for the Region
Ensure compliance to Health and Safety requirements for all sites
Matric
Business Management Degree/Diploma or related qualifi cation
Minimum of 5 10 years Senior Management experience in the Contract Cleaning industry or related service industry
Strong motivational leadership organisational and project management skills
Excellent financial skills Budgeting Cost Management and EBITDA analysis
P & L Management experience
An innovative approach to problemsolving and strong analytical skills
Experience in managing a large workforce (approximately 2000 people)
Advanced Microsoft skills must be competent in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and business operations
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple business disciplines
Own Vehicle and valid drivers license
