Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Position: Commercial Manager
Ref: 4966
Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha
Salary: R60 000 to R80 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience
Qualifications / Requirements:
Business Management Degree/similar (MBA would be advantageous)
Proven commercial experience essential
Retail/FMCG experience would be advantageous
Strong and proven leadership skills
Strong decision maker with exceptional communication and negotiating skills
Dynamic resultsdriven handson leader with high energy level
Key Performance Areas:
Management presentations
Negotiating of contracts legalities and all businessrelated operations
Troubleshooting
Recognize business opportunities
Develop business strategies
Risk assessment and management
Handle projects
Driving regulatory guidelines and compliance
Focus on longterm company goals and growth strategies
Manage operations
Budgeting and forecasting
Dealing with clients and nurturing of relationships and growth
Recruitment and staff management
Desired Experience & Qualification
