About the Role

Customer Success Executive who will be charged with monitoring supporting and resolving drivers issues within our Operations team and be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.

What Youll be Doing

  • Driver Behaviour Monitoring (Safety Alerts Geofence Excess Mileage Incidents)
  • Enforcement (Immobilisation: Drivers Default and Non-compliance)
  • Track Vehicles Daily Status
  • Track vehicle maintenance and inspection needs
  • Reduction of claims and accidents
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance is achieved with our telematics units

What You will need for this position


  • Problem-solving techniques(5WHY and TQM) are a must
  • A good first degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years experience.
  • contact to drivers in case of the critical alerts
  • weekly accident rate
  • weekly apprehension rate.
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 4 years experience in customer care/support roles for Fleet management and safety for risk
  • Experience in the asset-financing & logistics industries is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel).
  • Ability to manage people.
  • The candidate must possess an eye for detail.

Directly reporting to our Customer Success Executive and closely working with our Operations Team.
