Position: Sales Manager (Head of Sales)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
Pay Rate: $3000 - $3500 per month
What Youll Do:
- Lead manage and grow a team of acquisition closers.
- Drive higher lead-to-contract conversions and lower cancellation rates.
- Review sales calls using Gong deliver actionable feedback and run weekly 1:1s.
- Build and continuously refine our sales systems grounded in Sandler and John Martinez frameworks.
- Recruit hire and onboard new team members as we scale.
- Partner with leadership to help expand operations beyond Wisconsin.
