National Recruitment and Training Manager - Woodmead Johannesburg - Market Related Salary
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced National Recruitment and Training Manager to join a dynamic organisation. Reporting to the National HR Manager you will play a critical role in managing national recruitment needs and driving training objectives across multiple operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support recruitment processes to meet operational staffing requirements.
Anticipate workforce needs advertise vacancies source and assess CVs through various platforms.
Monitor and manage recruitment progress in line with Employment Equity targets.
Facilitate training and development initiatives including skills audits and course identification.
Implement training programmes in compliance with Skills Development Act requirements.
Assist with learnerships bursaries and social development initiatives.
Represent and promote a positive image of the organisation in line with strategic goals.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Industrial Psychology or LLB with a focus on Labour Law.
Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment and training management.
Solid understanding of the Labour Relations Act Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act.
Proven experience in recruitment and selection.
Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
Valid drivers licence with willingness to travel as required.
