B2B Business Development Representative Experienced Superstar Wanted for RnD Client


This role is for someone who s hungry.

Hungry to grow and develop. Hungry to sell. Hungry to make a real difference for themselves and the people you work with.

At Growth Resourcing we help fast-moving UK companies scale by connecting them with sharp ambitious talent from South Africa. This isn t about filling seats it s about changing lives and building companies that win.

We re actively looking for some serious sales talent that can open doors build trust and spark interest.


What you ll doing:


Find and reach out to the right people (cold calls emails social selling).

Qualify leads quickly figure out who s serious and who s not.

Run tight high-impact discovery calls that get to the heart of the client s needs.

Hit your targets for meetings booked and deals moved forward.

Keep the CRM clean accurate and up-to-date. No guesswork.

Work closely with our Client s Field Salespeople to ensure a seamless handover of warm qualified leads.

Research dig deep and always look for the edge

Requirements

1 years in B2B sales or customer service (SDR/BDR experience ideal).
Confidence and clarity when speaking to UK clients.
Proven track record of smashing outreach and meeting targets.
Strong written and verbal communication crisp clear and professional.
Self-starter attitude. You ll be supported but no one s holding your hand.
Comfortable using sales tools (CRM LinkedIn MS Office etc.).
Knows the difference between activity and progress and always chooses progress.
