Client Relationship Manager B2B Experienced Superstar Wanted

What You ll Be Rocking Day-to-Day:

  • Nurture relationships like a pro build trust with existing UK clients through consistent communication genuine support and proactive care.

  • Spot new opportunities within client accounts and work with sales to unlock more value.

  • Lead discovery and check-in calls that feel more like conversations and less like chores uncovering real needs and delivering smart solutions.

  • Collaborate with our delivery and sales teams to make sure every handover is seamless and every client feels like a VIP.

  • Keep the CRM as fresh and clean as your client approach accurate detailed and always up to date.

  • Dig into client goals and pain points and help position our talent as the solution they never knew they needed.



Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2 years in B2B sales customer success or client management (SDR/BDR backgrounds welcome especially if you ve got the charm to match the hustle).

  • Strong confident communicator with UK clients clear composed and impossible to forget.

  • Proven record of hitting targets managing client pipelines and building long-term relationships.

  • You write like you speak polished professional and engaging.

  • Self-motivated with a dash of initiative we ll give you the tools but you re driving the car.

  • Tech-savvy and organised CRM systems LinkedIn and MS Office are your playground.

  • You understand the difference between just being busy and actually making progress and always aim for the latter.
