Position : SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Work Hours : (Flexible) At least between 8 AM5 PM (overlap)
Timezone : following the US timezone (EST PST CST)
Pay Range : up to USD 2000/month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.)

Company Overview: U.S.-based leader in commercial relocations logistics and project management with services spanning corporate moves office furniture solutions and local moving/warehousing in Florida. They serve complex industries like hospitality government education senior healthcare and retail franchises.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach (phone email LinkedIn) using Construction Wire internal CRM newsletters and provided lead lists
- Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and discovery to quoting (with PM support) and deal closure
- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers in key industries:
- Corporate relocations
- Logistics and storage
- Office space planning and design
- Cubicle and furniture installation
- Healthcare and senior living FF&E installations
- School lab and dormitory transitions
- Franchise retail/store openings
- Conduct high-level discovery calls to understand prospect needs and tailor CRGMMs service offerings
- Prepare and coordinate quotes and proposals in collaboration with the project manager
- Set meetings or calls with executive leadership (CEO COO CFO) as needed for strategic deals
- Maintain accurate lead records communication logs and progress updates in the companys in-house CRM
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Excel) and cloud-based resources to manage tasks
- Identify trends and share insights to improve CRGMMs lead generation and outreach strategy
Minimum Requirements:
- Location: Must be currently based in South Africa
- Experience:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience with at least 1 year of quota-carrying success
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and working toward closing B2B deals
- Communication:
- Fluent in spoken and written English (client-facing call-ready and professional)
- Able to conduct confident consultative conversations with U.S.-based prospects
- Tech-Savvy:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Outlook) and CRM tools
- Comfortable using lead-gen platforms (e.g. Construction Wire) and newsletters
- Work Ethic & Mindset:
- Highly organized detail-oriented and goal-driven
- Independent self-managing with minimal need for supervision
- Flexible and adaptable to working across U.S. time zones
