Duties and responsibilities:
Design and implement systems to support the realisation of events management by providing administrative and coordination support for all KovsieSport and external events projects programmes and branding.
General management and administration.
Financial management of projects and events.
Legal compliance.
Projects and events management.
Marketing and branding.
Stakeholder management.

Inherent requirements:
Bachelors degree/Advanced Diploma on NQF Level 7 in the field of Event Management or related field.
A minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in events management.

Recommendations:
Five (5) years relevant experience in events management
Honours degree on NQF L(8 in the field of events management or related field.
Knowledge and understanding of the sport environment experience in hosting and coordinating events planning and organising financial administration and event management procedures within the UFS

Salary:
The annual remuneration package including benefits is R447 323.31 R.48 per annum depending on the budget available for the position relevant work experience and qualifications.
