Our Client an international consulting firm is seeking the services of an experienced yet innovative Program this role you will be accountable for leading Global consulting programs to improve business decisionmaking productivity and performance. Customer engagement from project inception to project or program delivery. Working closely with the employers leadership team to drive the companys growth and strategy plans.
To qualify for this very exciting position you need to have the following :
Relevant tertiary qualification such as a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering Maths or similar
Additional finance or commercial qualification is desirable
Postgraduate qualification in a quantitative discipline (Statistics Data Mining Machine Learning) highly regarded
Management consulting experience Track record of working within the Manufacturing building (Civil) or Mining space
People Management experience
Exhibit a thorough understanding of working with big data and the required technologies / methodologies / statistics to translate data into actionable insights
Strong understanding of digital / technologies and how these technologies drive business value
Demonstrated competency in general project management as well as communication and reporting (includes presentation of report and / or findings to stakeholders)
Demonstrated capability in leading wholeoforganisation crossfunctional complex change programs through to value delivery
Strong people leadership capability including coaching development and performance management of teams
Deep experience and knowledge of change management principles methodologies and tools
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Comfortable communicating and interacting with technical people as well as understanding and translating the technical topics to a more general audience
Experience in Business Improvement with robust understanding of Business Improvement methodologies and tools
Experience in the Mining or similar sector is desired
