Job Description
Introduction
*Matric and a minimum 5 years sales experience in FMCG*
Description: An FMCG company that imports and distributes a range of products is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. The duties will include but are not limited to calling on FMCG customers on a daily basis according to a set route list; negotiating and implementing orders as required by customers; negotiating of onshelf pricing shelf space and PI labels; building and maintaining relationships with instore staff including receiving merchandising managers and owners; achieving predetermined targets and growing sales in designated market; and any other duties required to promote the company and its products and ambitions.
Key Requirements: Matric and a minimum of 5 years sales experience in FMCG; experience in food sales would be an advantage. The ideal candidate should have established relationships with retails clients such as Spar Pick n Pay Checkers etc.; a valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle; a laptop and cell phone; and be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
