Whether youre just starting out or have years of BDR experience were hiring Junior Senior and Enterpriselevel Business Development Representatives to fuel our growth. Some practicalities:

  • Location: Onsite 5 days a week in office in Cape Town
  • Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST) 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (your local time)

What Youll Be Doing

  • Own the phone: Youll spend a big part of your day coldcalling prospects turning first contact into meaningful sales conversations and real opportunities
  • Identify and connect with key decisionmakers to qualify leads based on fit needs budget and timelines
  • Engage prospects through creative personalized outreach across LinkedIn email and phone
  • Drive new business by uncovering opportunities and fueling our growth pipeline
  • Build and prioritize a strategic list of target accounts within your assigned territory

What Youll Bring

  • A Bachelors degree or higher
  • 02 years of relevant work experience (internships included!)
  • Nearnative English fluency both written and spoken
  • Clear goaloriented communication skills with no room for guesswork
  • A proactive mindset with strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • High energy a positive attitude and a passion for learning
  • Comfortable thriving in a fastpaced dynamic and international environment
