POSITION SUMMARY
The Food & Beverage Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress) is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests in the hotels restaurant bar room service or banquet areas. This role ensures a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction by attending to guests needs in a timely courteous and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and courteously.
Present menus take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
Handle billing and payments efficiently.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
