Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled ELearning Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team in this role you will develop engaging and impactful training courses that empowers mining professionals to excel in their roles. If youre passionate about leveraging technology to create realworld impact this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with subject matter experts and instructional designers to translate technical content into effective interactive eLearning modules
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in eLearning and associated digital learning systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing training materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in eLearning development.
- Strong visual design and instructional design sensibilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
