Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in programming sheet metal parts for punch machines.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Trutops software.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously follow specifications and ensure accurate programming.
- ProblemSolving: Capable of troubleshooting and optimizing nesting layouts.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the production team.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Programming: Utilize Trutops software to create programs for sheet metal parts to be punched on the Trumpf Punch Machine.
- File Conversion: Convert DXF files provided into GEO files for production.
- Nesting Optimization: Efficiently nest parts based on material thickness to maximize material utilization.
- Tool and Process Selection: Select appropriate tools and processes for optimal punching results.
- Trutops Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Trutops to streamline programming and enhance productivity
