RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a well-spoken and highly organised Receptionist to join our clients team based in Pinetown Durban. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced front-of-house professional who thrives in a dynamic office environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer screen and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry filing and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Support the office team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role (non-negotiable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (non-negotiable)
- Must be available immediately (non-negotiable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-presented with a professional demeanor
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle pressure calmly
