Job Description
- Advising and assisting in operating efficient and effective financial procedures and controls.
- Bookkeeping and financial reporting: ensuring accurate up-to-date records of all financial transactions and preparing detailed financial reports where necessary.
- Preparing books up to final accounts.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reconciliations.
- Monitoring internal controls and recommending measures to address any weaknesses.
- Preparing and ensuring readiness of accounts and relevant inputs for the annual financial statements and external audit processes.
- Maintaining all financial records in accordance with internal procedures.
- Performing any other related tasks.
