Through training coaching content and software we empower women and partner with organizations that want to do better by their female employees. Our founder is a globally recognized voice on equity and leadership and were looking to level up our sales outreach with a capable driven Business Development Representative.
About the Role:
Were seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth by booking qualified meetings and generating new sales opportunities. This role will focus heavily on outbound communicationemail LinkedIn and cold callsto identify aligned businesses corporate partners and organizations that could benefit from PepTalkHers programming and tools.
Youll be stepping into an established system improving on whats working and helping upgrade our outbound process from a 67/10 to a true 810/10. Were more focused on attitude than deep experience but you must be consistent coachable and naturally good with people.
