My client is looking for a Financial and Admin Manager to oversee the financial administrative and operational support functions of their business. This is a key role offering the opportunity to grow alongside a company with a strong reputation in the pharmaceutical space.
Duties:
Full responsibility for financial reporting budgeting and forecasting
Manage daily finance operations including accounts payable receivable and reconciliations
Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Ensure compliance with SARS VAT and all statutory requirements
Oversee payroll and HR administration processes
Oversee procurement stock management and supplier relationships
Support the executive team with analysis and operational reporting
Education and Experience:
BCom Accounting
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a finance/admin role
Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry experience is advantageous but not essential
