1. Social media strategy development and implementation
1.1 Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

2. Content creation and management
2.1 Create engaging and high-quality social media content including text images videos and stories tailored to each platforms audience and best practices.
2.2 Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
2.3 Use relevant hashtags keywords and other SEO strategies to optimise content reach and visibility.
2.4 Ensure agency respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner.
2.5 Monitor social media mentions and manage online reputation.
3. Community management
3.1 Build and nurture online communities around Ford South Africas brand.
3.2 Engage with followers respond to comments and foster conversations.
