Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Position: Service Advisor motor industry
Ref: 5051
Location: PE/Gqeberha
Salary: R12000 to R18 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5 pm
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum of Matric
- Tertiary qualification highly advantageous
- Proven customer service experience (ability to deal with difficult people and handle in a professional positive and pro-active manner finding the correct solutions)
- Must be extremely well presented and spoken with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Attention to detail and keep customers updates on progress
- Facilitate bookings
- Must be vibrant confident and enthusiastic
