Youll take the lead on all sales activity in South Africa Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond. This includes:
Drive revenue and grow market share.
Build strong customer relationships and loyalty.
Identify new markets and lead product launches.
Set and deliver on sales goals and KPIs.
Build and lead a talented national sales team.
Design roles set clear goals and coach team members.
Foster a culture of accountability and performance.
Align team structure and incentives with company goals.
Understand customer needs and industry trends.
Oversee pricing strategies and sales performance.
Maintain key account relationships and assist with tenders.
Set and manage sales budgets.
Track performance and report to the Managing Director.
Improve processes reporting and customer experience.
Experience & Skills
7 years in sales leadership preferably at a national level.
Proven track record in leading sales teams and growing revenue.
Experience across multiple sales channels and product categories.
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with sales strategy reporting and financial targets.
Driven reliable relational and results-focused.
Highly organized with great time management.
Comfortable using digital tools and data for sales insights.
Willing and able to travel.
Education
Senior Certificate (Matric) required.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and training in sales/marketing are a plus.
