Job Description

Hybrid Role: Menlyn/Rosslyn/Midrand


ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Strong leadership and enabling skills
Knowledge & Understanding of Agile Principles
Ability to manage a technical team using the AGILE methodology
Ability to plan and steer Agile Events
Project Management Skills
Ownership and accountability
Self-driven and motivated
Solution and result orientated
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Project Management qualification (advantageous)
Strong personality pronounced communication- and problem-solving skills
Leadership skills and knowledge of facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
