Qualifications :
Digital Media experience with at least 3 years in digital programming of channels/platforms.
Required to have experience in running social media accounts and/or programming websites.
Expert in identifying where consumers live digitally how they consume content and how to engage them with content according to their consumption behaviour
Has a constant sense of online trends and knows how to drive Word of Mouth online
Strong communicator knows how to constantly uplevel digital knowledge in the organization
Clear understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in both a media and FMCG business context
Passion for the Red Bull brand its content and values and understands how to translate this into driving brand love in an online environment through media
Lives and breathes media on the internet
Excellent digital industry knowledge
Analytic thinking high affinity to data with ability to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives
Hands-on not afraid to run accounts when needed
Curious open creative
Leadership skills good presenter and motivator
Problem solver and good mediator aligning and coordinating conflict of interest
