Essence of the job:
Our client is looking for enthusiastic and specialized Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and execute the full payroll function using Sage 300 ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and wages statutory deductions and reporting. The role also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools to streamline payroll operations reporting and collaboration.
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Payroll Administration.
Minimum Requirements:
5 years in payroll administration with 3 years on Sage 300 including Job Costing.
Proficient in Sage 300 People or Payroll.
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables).
Familiar with SharePoint Teams.
South African tax and labour legislation.
SADC countries tax and labour legislation.
Payroll best practices and audit requirements.
