Role description:
Outbound and inbound lead generation
Work closely with marketing and sales targeting accounts
Measured on:
60% based on opportunities generated
20% pipeline generated
20% regional area attainment
Tools: Salesforce outreach/email automation expected
No fixed call quota but increasing phone activity encouraged (targeting 2030 quality calls/day)
Requires strong internal relationship management and confidence to present in front of sales leaders

Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base: 20-24K (flexible for strong candidate)
Commission: 40%
Split: 60/40
Vacation: Minimum 25 days (country-specific)
