Job Description
This is a remote position.
Rockstar Technical Business Analyst (OER) Wanted!
- Elicit document and validate clear structured business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Investigate and analyse technical or data-related issues within SAP systems and related platforms.
- Collaborate with SAP developers integration teams and solution architects to implement changes.
- Facilitate technical system integrations including defining connection and data flow requirements.
- Document end-to-end processes functional designs data mappings and configuration logic.
- Develop and execute manual test plans and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support data quality checks issue resolution and post-deployment validation.
- Participate in daily Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Drive alignment between business processes and system design across cross-functional teams.
- Work across multiple time zones and support global stakeholders.
- Bachelor s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Information Systems Computer Science or Business Administration.
- 6 years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT projects.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working on SAP systems (e.g. SAP ERP SAP S/4HANA or SAP Logistics modules).
- Strong skills in business process modelling (e.g. BPMN) testing and defect triage.
- Ability to navigate SAP GUI extract data and understand basic configuration/data flows
