The Role
We are delighted to be able to offer a part time opportunity for an Assistant Administrator to support some key Organisational development duties in the provision of Occupational Health & Safety Service (OHSS) training services. This will include working with the Health & Safety Advisers and the OHSS service.
A key part of the role is the organisation of OHSS training delivery. You will also support the organisation with the monitoring of programmes record keeping and invoicing.
In order to be successful in this role you should have a good level of IT skills in particularly MS Office be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail. Previous experience of providing administration within a busy customer orientated environment is essential.
The role is part time 0.6 FTE 22.2 hours per week.
