Our client in the service sector is seeking an experienced and dedicated Laundry Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the laundry department ensuring timely and efficient processing of linens uniforms and guest laundry.
- Supervise train and schedule laundry staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor washing drying and ironing processes to ensure proper handling of fabrics and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Inspect laundered items for cleanliness quality and proper repair and ensure any damaged or stained items are addressed appropriately.
- Manage inventory levels of detergents chemicals and laundry supplies and ensure timely ordering and proper storage.
- Maintain all laundry equipment and coordinate servicing or repairs to avoid disruptions.
- Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols for handling laundry and operating machinery.
- Prepare reports on laundry operations including usage costs staffing and maintenance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth flow and delivery of clean items.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and health regulations.

Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Housekeeping or Laundry Operations (or related field).
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in laundry services with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Good understanding of industrial laundry equipment and cleaning processes.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in laundry operations.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office; familiarity with inventory and scheduling systems is an advantage).
