Our client in the service sector is seeking a professional and dedicated Chef to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to set menus recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food served meets the required quality taste and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the planning and development of menus including daily specials and themed meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and all food preparation areas.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Head Chef of shortages or reordering needs.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food supplies to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Adhere to food safety hygiene and health regulations at all times.
- Support the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance needs.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service especially during peak periods.

Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts Cookery or a related field.
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certification (mandatory).
- Experience in hotels lodges restaurants or catering is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
