Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking a dynamic and dedicated General Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food retail business ensuring strong performance profitability and excellent customer service.
- Support the development and execution of growth strategies as the business expands to multiple locations across Zimbabwe.
- Work closely with the finance team to monitor budgets control costs and review financial performance reports.
- Lead motivate and develop a small team to ensure operational consistency and staff engagement.
- Assist in marketing and brand development initiatives to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal operations and suppliers logistics partners and service providers.
- Maintain high operational standards hygiene and service consistency across all locations.
- Travel as needed to support new store rollouts team training and operational reviews.

Qualifications:
