Role Overview
Our is seeking a highly capable versatile and self-driven Lead Mobile App Developer to take full technical ownership of an end-to-end mobile platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering high-quality secure and user-friendly digital products. Youll be responsible for everything from architecture and build to deployment and early maintenance collaborating directly with the project founder/owner.

Youll be responsible for everything from architecture and build to deployment and early maintenance collaborating directly with the project founder/owner.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full development lifecycle: architecture coding integration testing deployment and support.
Lead the full development lifecycle: architecture coding integration testing deployment and support.
Develop a cross-platform mobile application (Flutter or React Native preferred).
Implement core features such as user authentication profile management data input and analytics and community modules.
Design and build secure scalable backend infrastructure (Firebase AWS or similar).
Ensure best-in-class user experience and modern UI/UX.
Prioritize security data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate directly with the product owner on features feedback and continuous improvement.
Lay the groundwork for future web or desktop versions and broader technical scale.
Experience:
Proven track record of building and launching mobile applications (please provide links portfolios or app store listings).

We are also open to energetic super-smart individuals who are fresh out of university and can demonstrate outstanding technical ability drive and problem-solving skills-even if they havent yet built a large portfolio.
Tech Stack: Advanced skills in Flutter or React Native; comfortable across both frontend and backend.
Cloud/Backend: Experience with cloud-based databases and backend platforms (Firebase AWS etc.).
Design: Strong sense of clean intuitive UI/UX design and usability.
Security: Familiar with best practices for security encryption and data privacy.
Mindset: Highly self-motivated independent and solutions-oriented.
Collaboration: Excellent communicator able to work remotely take feedback and iterate quickly.
Ownership: Willing to own the build process make decisions and suggest improvements.
Bonus:
Experience integrating AI/machine learning APIs or plugins.
Experience with community data or health-related digital platforms.
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance requirements for sensitive data.
