Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits presentations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Prepare accurate quotations process orders and follow up on payments.
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
