Job Description
Our client is looking for a Production Manager to join their team
Salary & Benefits
Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Develop daily weekly and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to meet production targets.
- Monitor production KPIs such as yield output downtime and quality levels.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks inefficiencies or equipment issues.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production supervisors and line staff.
- Lead coach and develop production teams to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Enforce company policies safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to product quality standards and production specifications.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to investigate and address non-conformances.:
- Monitor raw material usage and stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Liaise with procurement and stores to maintain optimal inventory flow.
- Maintain accurate production reports downtime logs and performance metrics.
- Present regular updates to management on progress challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 7 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment with at least 3 in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
