Job Description

Our client in the drilling industry is looking for a dedicated and professional Administration Clerk to join their team.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Negotiable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operational workflow including document control filing and internal communication.
  • Assist in coordinating field teams job scheduling and site dispatch logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock deliveries vehicle usage and job completion reports.
  • Prepare and process invoices purchase orders delivery notes and other operational documents.
  • Support the logistics team by tracking materials equipment and technician movement.
  • Communicate with suppliers clients and field teams to confirm timelines and resolve any logistical or administrative issues.
  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date database of jobs client details and operational reports.

Key Skills:

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and supply coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and general computer literacy.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma or certificate in Administration Logistics Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or logistics support role.
  • Experience in a field services construction or utilities-related company is advantageous.
  • Valid drivers licence is a plus.
