Our client in the drilling industry is looking for a dedicated and professional Administration Clerk to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operational workflow including document control filing and internal communication.
- Assist in coordinating field teams job scheduling and site dispatch logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of stock deliveries vehicle usage and job completion reports.
- Prepare and process invoices purchase orders delivery notes and other operational documents.
- Support the logistics team by tracking materials equipment and technician movement.
- Communicate with suppliers clients and field teams to confirm timelines and resolve any logistical or administrative issues.
- Maintain a clean and up-to-date database of jobs client details and operational reports.
Key Skills:
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or certificate in Administration Logistics Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or logistics support role.
- Experience in a field services construction or utilities-related company is advantageous.
- Valid drivers licence is a plus.
