Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in FMCG retail or distribution with demonstrable exposure to informal market operations.

Strong background in sales commercial strategy or marketing management.

Deep knowledge of informal market ecosystems supply chains and customer behaviour across Zimbabwe.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across diverse networks.
