Our client is looking for a for a Shipping/Logistics Manager to handle imports and record keeping/admin.

Responsibilities:
- Clearing and bills of entry (imports).
- Obtaining Ministry of industry permits.
- Bank liaison and record keeping.
- Ordering from foreign suppliers and managing the order delivery process.
- Performing costings (accounting function) both pre order costing (for quotation) and post costing.
- Filing and recording important documents.
Key Skills:
- Basic accounts or bookkeeping knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS.
- Neat and orderly admin filing record keeping and retrieval
- IT ability Office 365 email word and Excel.
- Pastel partner experience also valuable
- Drivers license is an advantage but not essential
Qualifications:
