Job Description
Our client is looking for Retail Store Managers in Bulawayo Mutare Kadoma Chinhoyi Chiredzi & Zvishavane to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all retail store locations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Drive sales performance and profitability across all branches
- Recruit train supervise and evaluate store managers and retail staff
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained consistently
- Implement marketing promotions and visual merchandising plans in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels stock movement and coordinate replenishments to avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Analyse sales data generate performance reports and present actionable insights to management
- Ensure stores adhere to health and safety cleanliness and company compliance standards
- Set sales targets and develop incentive programs to motivate teams
- Manage budgets control expenses and ensure cost-effective store operations
- Address customer complaints or operational issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistency across all outlets
Key skills:
- Strong leadership people management and team-building skills
- Excellent knowledge of retail operations sales techniques and customer service best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- A qualification in Business Administration Retail Management or a related field is preferred
- Miminimum 3 5 years as a Retail /Branch /Shop Manager
