Job Description
We are seeking a Qualified Diesel Technician for a permanent role based in East London Eastern Cape.
Duties & Responsibilities
- A Grade 12 Certificate with aMERSETA recognized Diesel Technician qualification
- A minimum of 3 years qualified experience as a Diesel Technician on trucks
- OEM/Dealer experience would be advantageous
- Valid Code10 Drivers License (minimum requirement)
- Computer literate
- Electrical knowledge of trucks
- Experience in diagnostics and fault finding on trucks
- Willing to do standby on rotation basis
- Willing to work after hours and Saturdays when required
- Selfmotivated able to meet deadlines and to work under pressure
- Punctual presentable honest and of sober habits
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Must be a team player
