Job Description
A 3year qualification in Computer Science Information Technology or a related fieldsolid foundations required
Strong analytical thinking with a sharp eye for anomalies and inconsistencies
Experience with manual testing and defect trackingtest retest confirm
Proficiency in SQL and interpreting application logsseeing the signal in the noise
Clear and effective communication skillstranslating between technical and business language without distortion
Knowledge of ITIL principlesa structured approach to service management is nonnegotiable
