Join Exxaro Resources as an SCM Functional & Process Support Agent in Centurion Gauteng. This permanent role within our Customer Interaction Centre demands innovation accountability and dedication to achieving exceptional customer satisfaction in Supply Chain Management. Your responsibilities will include managing case inquiries providing supplier functional support and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Youll handle queries through calls and tickets maintaining regular updates and escalating unresolved issues. Collaborating with stakeholders youll foster operational excellence and support enduser training initiatives. To succeed youll need a diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification three years experience in a customer interaction environment and proficiency in MS Office. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer and stakeholder inquiries related to Supply Chain Management (SCM) procedures processes and systems within agreed service levels.
  • Provide functional support to suppliers ensuring adherence to compliance and service level agreements.
  • Handle case management including logging updating and closing tickets efficiently and escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Facilitate firstline enduser support and participate in SCM user training and community practices to optimize support activities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and business units to standardize processes and promote functional excellence initiatives.
  • Support delivery management by assisting users with selfservice systems and maintaining professional customer interactions.
  • Maintain safety health and environmental compliance promoting a culture of safety and inclusivity in all SCM operations.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and policies fostering accountability and operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.


Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a relevant qualification (Essential/Minimum)
  • Experience in a customer interaction environment for a minimum of three years (Essential/Minimum)
  • Understanding of SCM policies procedures and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Essential/Minimum)
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and/or cloudbased procurement solutions (e.g. SAP MM Coupa)
  • Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
  • Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interpret technical information effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and inclusivity in the workplace
  • Ability to uphold Exxaros Employment Equity policy and align with corporate governance standards
