Youll be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports supporting budgeting and forecasting processes and delivering insightful variance analysis to guide performance and growth across the business

As the Junior Finance Business Partner your duties and responsibilities include the following (not limited to)
Take ownership of monthend close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Assist in planning and forecasting activities with a focus on aligning spend with strategic goals
Collaborate closely with departmental leads to monitor and review expenditure
Contribute to the identification of cost efficiencies and potential financial risks
Provide detailed insights and reporting on cost performance and trends
Conduct regular reviews of balance sheet items and deliver clear concise commentary
Manage short and longterm cash flow forecasts to support business planning
Prepare analyse and communicate budgets financial results and variance reports
Liaise with the Shared Services Centre to ensure completeness and accuracy of reported figures
Support on a variety of ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required
Skills & Experience:
5 Years of experience performing the full finance function
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to communicate complex financial information to nonfinance colleagues
Proficiency working on NetSuite would be advantageous
Advanced Excel Skills
Qualification:
Registered with a Professional Body (SAICA SAIPA CIMA ACCA)
Completed BCom degree in Accounting or Finance
