A newly created role has become available for a Property Portfolio Management Lead. Here your ideas and efforts directly shape the places where you and your community live work and play.

As the Property Portfolio Management Lead youll be at the forefront of shaping how CNs property assets support both community aspirations and longterm service goals. This is more than just managing buildingsits about maximizing potential driving sustainable performance and creating real value for the city and its people.

Youll oversee the daytoday operations of CNs diverse property portfolio while also developing and implementing longterm asset strategies that ensure growth resilience and community benefit.

Remuneration: $128874.23 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 11.5% Superannuation per annum for a 35hour week
