Requirements
To excel in this role you will need: -
- Bachelors degree in Organizational Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in change management preferably in large-scale organizational transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of change management principles methodologies and tools.
- Experienced at developing and delivering change management plans communication strategies and training programs.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in high-pressure situations.
