Opportunity for a mature organized proactive and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director (MD). The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the MDs schedule facilitating communication and ensuring efficient daytoday operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the MDs calendar including appointments meetings travel and events.
- Manage all correspondence on behalf of the MD including emails letters and phone calls.
- Prepare reports presentations and briefing materials as required by the MD.
- Organize and attend meetings taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements itineraries and accommodation.
- Support personal tasks and errands as requested by the MD.
- Ensure the MD is wellprepared for all engagements.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing record keeping and office supply management.
Qualifications and Skills- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO within a large corporate company
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS
- Experienced in compiling board packs
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Professional discretion and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail.
- Qualification in Business Administration Office Management or related field advantageous
