Job Description
As a Senior/Advanced Project Manager youll be responsible for managing projects and work streams within the Civil & Construction division. You will also manage the process of new business development and project management activities to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently.
Requirements
- Responsible for the management of project and construction activities in alignment with the ICASA SABIC Standard National Construction Code of South Africa (Codes) and other similar contracts
- Manages a team of Project Managers Senior Project Engineers and drafters to ensure the achievement of project schedule contract or regulatory compliance safety health and environment objectives.
- Coordinates delegates and monitors the implementation of sitespecific planning and/or design activities.
- Defines controls and monitors all projectrelated projects resources and budgets.
- Work with design professionals to ensure all design issues have been addressed including commercial safety and environmental requirements.
- Provides project support execution and communication of policies plans and procedures.

- Site Surveys
- Civils Testing can include the following:
- Dynamic Cone Penetration (DCP) Testing
- Duct Integrity Test (DIT)
- Continuity TestSponge test
- Pressure test
Qualifications
- Registration with a relevant professional body (essential)
- A relevant Degree/Diploma and Project Management Registration or Project Management qualification (essential)
- A minimum of 8 years experience as a Project Manager (essential)
