Responsibilities
- Leading project teams to implement and complete projects successfully ensuring adherence to defined schedules cost constraints and quality standards.
- Coordinating with all internal and external parties to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of targets.
- Collaborating closely with consultants and contractors providing detailed reports to joint venture partners.
- Navigating local authorities approval processes and guiding the team in obtaining all necessary clearances and technical approvals.
- Reviewing contract documents and drawings critically ensuring efficient handover of completed units to purchasers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience ideally with end-to-end exposure to residential developments and a strong background in managing high-rise building projects.
- Experience in Thailands real estate or construction market with strong planning and organizational skills preferred.
- Proven track record as a real estate developer specializing in luxury residential projects.
- Exceptional leadership interpersonal communication and team-building skills.
- Solid understanding of multicultural work environments with the ability to integrate effectively with local practices.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
