Duties and responsibilities:
- The Principal Consultant has expertise in more than one complex enterprise application.
- This position has functional skills in crossfunctional areas and enabling technologies.
- This position is responsible for identifying areas of improvement in the functionality of the installed enterprise applications and/or systems.
- The individual in this role plans designs and implements the assigned enterprise applications and/or systems.
- The individual will be required to take ownership of all the tasks defined by the project gathering facts analysing client requirements and designing solutions that demonstrate the functionality to support the findings.
- He/she will manage large engagements and assist with a portion of smaller engagements when required.
- Monitors the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies
- Work with internal teams to create strategies transformational designs and the architectural vision for complex solutions that address the clients needs.
- Reviews verifies and improves own designs against specifications
- Driving Best Practice implementation approaches aligned to Oracle.
Qualifications and experience:
- Oracle Cloud Human Resources
- Human Capital Management
- Talent Management
- Core HR
- Minimum 12 years Cloud exposure
- Relevant Degree
- Oracle Cloud certification specialising in HCM
- Certification in one functional area of application
- Demonstrated experience working in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Experience working across project lifecycles from scoping to post golive
- Demonstrated experience of the functional aspects of the application or system
- Demonstrated experience of business processes and associated technology
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical guidance for the planning design implementation of enterprise applications
- Implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM Products
