We are looking for an experienced high volume Internal Bulk Retail Recruiter to search and place amazing people within our clients stores.
Requirements:
- Completed HR or related qualification
- Minimum of 3 years in a high volume hands on recruitment environment
Duties would include:
- Build relationships with Store Managers
- Communicate with Store management and relevant GM/Exec to get a clear view on their hiring needs
- Build relationships with service providers
- Maintain relationships and customer service with internal and external candidates
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Background checks and references
- Present shortlisted candidates
- Organise assessments where required
- Present candidate profile summaries
- Store visits
- Candidate feedback manager feedback and timeous regrets
- Student/graduate recruitment drives
- Drive new store recruitment projects
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on hiring needs (new platforms etc.)
- Research into competitors and market place
- Ensure the database is kept clean and updated
- Suggest and drive improvements
- New starter files complete and accurate
- All recruitment admin done in a timeous manner
- Keep cloud organograms up to date
- Keep track of numbers for reporting
